Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to terms and conditions mentioned below:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@furryfreak.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: A-824, Ground Floor, Shastri Nagar, New Delhi-110052

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items),

  • Dog toys
  • Items purchased during the sale
  • Dog Pads and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Edible and perishable items like food, treats, etc
  • Grooming supplies
  • Bowls and Feeders

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Note: Dog Clothes are non-returnable. For a comfortable fit, please keep a margin of +2 inches for small breeds and +4 inches for large breeds

If you receive a Wrong, damaged or Expired product, please make sure to inform us of the issue with pictures within 48 hours from the date of delivery. We will also require Unboxing Video of the same.

Exchanges (only once)

  • If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
  • The product is used or altered
  • The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
  • Returned attempt without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Items purchased at a discounted price are also not eligible for return/exchange

Cancellation of Orders

If you have placed an order and decide to cancel it before the shipment is sent, please get in touch with our customer support team or drop us an email. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Alternatively, you will have the option of accepting the delivery or rejecting it if you want.

In Case Of Prepaid Order 

If you reject the delivery of a pre-paid order, a refund will be made to the original method of payment after it has been returned and investigated by us. 

In Case Of Cash On Delivery (COD)

If you reject the delivery of a COD order, no refunds/store credits will be issued.

 

Sizing and Measurements

  • We recommend measuring your pet before purchasing any item that requires accurate sizing.
  • For a comfortable fit, please keep a margin of +2 inches for small breeds and +4 inches for large breeds

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
